This extends the use of CCG type H3-1 by over a year and the label 'CCG' type L4b by 7 months. The reverse side has an annotation 'This letter was sent to Charlie on the U.S.S.Oakland'. Unfortunately his friend was killed in action. An additional crown PASSED/W.W.1 censor mark on reverse.
