in India. The cover is struck on the front by large violet squared (cog wheel edged) PASSED CENSOR h/s with 'JSG' initials and two lined PASSED CENSOR/C.T.Dsm strike. The bottom
edge is affixed by black on yellow-mustard OPENED/UNDER/MARTIAL LAW label tied with a similar strike and TANGA d/r cds dated 21.DE.18. A fine and rare item.
