The card has a few folds, file pin holes but is struck by violet two lined INONDATIONS/ALFORTVILLE 1910. This refers to 'FLOODS/ALFORTVILLE' but strangely Alfortville is in France and this cover was used internally. There is a red name and date annotation at left which does appear to be lightly affected by water. The handstamp cannot be explained. Interesting ! H&G 34.
