The Jubilee Jamboree stamps where not overprinted for use in Kuwait as per the other Persian Gulf countries and only 30 sets of these 'value only' stamps got used at the central Kuwait Post Office. Noted by Donaldson as being rare and the fact that the majority of sets were split between two covers. (2 covers).
